Refunds:
Techovant Solutions offers refunds under the following conditions:
- Products that are dead on arrival
- Products that have been wrongly dispatched
To qualify for a refund:
- The customer must report the issue on the same day the product is received.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through the customer’s preferred method:
- Mobile money transfer
- Bank transfer
- Cash
Returns:
We accept returns on products within the following warranty periods:
- New products: 1-year warranty
- Refurbished products: 6-month warranty
